Yesterday and today our parents were treated to Year 3’s productions – The First Kids in Space by Debbie Campbell.
The year is 2020 and a class of young space cadets are chosen to go on a dangerous mission to Moonbase X. After an eventful journey, they arrive on the moon and are confronted by rowdy robots that have malfunctioned due to a virus. After averting a near disaster that would have stranded the children on the moon, a friendly moon robot (or two) helps find a cure for the virus and saves the day. The robot is invited back to earth but whether it goes or not remains a mystery…
Each performance by classes 3 Yellow, Red, Blue and Green was brilliant and the singing and dancing was excellent! It was obvious that each pupil had practiced very hard beforehand.
Well done to all of Year 3 and thank you to our parents for your support. We were delighted to see so many of you attend and cheer on your children.
If you missed Year 3’s rendition of The First Kids in Space, here are some photos. More will be shared with you.
